Client Portal Terms of Use
1. Authorised use
The portal is a private workspace for authorised KKA personnel and authorised client users. Access is personal to the authorised user and must not be shared, transferred or used to access information outside the user's entitlement.
2. Documents and information
Users must upload information only where they are authorised to provide it to KKA and must take reasonable care to select the correct client, period and document. Users must not knowingly upload malicious software, unlawful content or information belonging to another person without appropriate authority.
3. Credentials and security
Users are responsible for protecting passwords and access devices. KKA may suspend or deactivate access where required to protect the portal, a client, the firm or other users.
4. Availability
The portal is an operational service and may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, security work, provider outages or circumstances beyond KKA's reasonable control. Portal availability does not alter KKA's professional or statutory obligations.
5. No certification claim
The presence of security features or this notice does not constitute an ISO 27001, SOC 2, STQC, DPDP or other certification. Any formal certification will be identified separately only after it has actually been obtained.
6. Applicable requirements
Use of the portal is subject to applicable Indian law, regulatory requirements, professional requirements applicable to KKA and any engagement-specific terms agreed with the client. The revised 13th Edition of the ICAI Code of Ethics is applicable from 1 April 2026.
7. Changes
KKA may update these terms when the portal, applicable law, professional requirements or security practices change. Continued use after an update indicates continued use of the portal under the updated terms, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.
